Dewatering Transfer Station

This is the most recent project handled by Camdel Trading. The initial mechanical, structural and civil designs are needed within a week. This poses as a challenge because of the limited time given. Mechanical design comprises tanks, suction/discharge manifolds/headers, pipes, valves, pumps and motors. While in structural design are platforms, skid and pipe supports. On the other hand, civil design comprises concrete slabs and terrains of the transfer station.

In such multi-discipline design, visualizing the project, identifying potential collisions and producing accurate list of materials in such a short notice can’t be done in the normal 2D CAD drafting. Camdel Trading is dedicated in streaming down drafting hours without compromising the accuracy of the design. Camdel Trading uses the most modern engineering software both 3D modeling and 2D drafting specified for every design requirement that equates savings for clients.

Camdel Trading uses Autodesk Inventor from simple to the most intricate mechanical designs of machines and equipment needed in different industries. Another is Autodesk Structural Detailing for structural steel models and shop drawings, and Autodesk Navisworks for comprehensive review and visualization of the whole project. It helps the project managers, decision makers and stakeholders in understanding the current design status of the project.

Another advantage of Camdel Trading is its flexibility to follow clients’ standards in every project conforming to Australian Standards that is implemented in this Dewatering Transfer Station Project.
