Bore Headworks
A Camdel Trading project for an Australian mining company designing Bore headworks that includes Pipe Spool, Control Panel, Skid Frame Flow Meter, Butterfly Valves, Telemetry Antenna and other components. The 3D model design was drawn using Autodesk Inventor and Structural Detailing as well as AutoCAD for 2D Drafting. These were for documentation and drawings fabrication. A project that was supposed to be done by more than a week but was finished in just a few days using Autodesk engineering softwares. Another successful project helping the customer save money and time.
Pump Station
Another Camdel Trading transfer station project for a well respected client. In this case our client has to build a new raw water dam for increased processing capacity. We were able to get vendor PDF information to create our 3D models for this new project. One of the advantages of having digital prototype is the Mechanical & Electrical personnel can easily see how everything fits together for the installation. The image on the left took about 2 days and the image on the right took about 3 days to complete. Once we had the design approved we proceeded to develope workshop drawings. The whole project only took us about 3 weeks from start to finish.
